Corinna Maharani
Founder • Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP)Corinna Maharani is a NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, founder of Maharani Ayurveda, and founder of Maharani Academy. For more than thirty-five years, she has dedicated her life to the study, practice, and teaching of authentic Ayurveda.
Her work is rooted in the Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda (SVA) lineage, shaped through more than twenty-five years of direct study with her lifelong teacher, Vaidya R.K. Mishra, one of the most respected Vaidyas of our time.
A nationally recognized educator and clinician, Corinna specializes in PanchaKarma, Marma Therapy, and Ayurvedic Sacred Bodywork™. She is known for her ability to blend classical Ayurvedic wisdom with practical, hands-on education that prepares students to serve with confidence, precision, and compassion.
More than teaching techniques, Corinna inspires students to embody Ayurveda as a way of living, healing, and serving the world.
Taran Collis
Ayurveda Wellness Counselor • Certified Yoga TherapistTaran Collis is an author, educator, Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and Ayurveda Wellness Counselor with more than twenty years of experience in therapeutic movement and holistic wellness.
As a faculty member at Maharani Academy, Taran integrates Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, breathwork, and evidence-informed wellness practices to help students better understand the connection between movement, nervous system regulation, and whole-person healing.
Her thoughtful teaching style encourages curiosity, self-awareness, and practical application, helping students cultivate sustainable practices for themselves and those they serve.

Ayurvedic Chef • Culinary EducatorNimita Dhirajlal is an internationally respected Ayurvedic chef, culinary educator, and creator of deeply nourishing food experiences rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda.
Her work beautifully demonstrates how food, hospitality, and seasonal living become powerful tools for healing and rejuvenation.
Students learn how Ayurvedic nutrition supports PanchaKarma, recovery, and long-term vitality while experiencing firsthand the care and intention that transforms every meal into part of the healing journey.

Ayurvedic Health Counselor • Business Development & Marketing StrategistKatie Reinman is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Panchakarma Technician, and founder of Healing Well Ayurveda in Ojai, California, where she helps clients restore balance through personalized Ayurvedic care and traditional therapies.
At Maharani Academy, Katie leads business development, marketing strategy, and brand growth while assisting in the clinic and hands-on professional trainings.
