It includes 12 weekly live online classes with Corinna Maharani, a senior SVA- and NAMA-certified Ayurvedic practitioner, and her experienced team of guest teachers. The online training is offered every Saturday from 9–11am PST over the course of twelve weeks. All sessions are recorded and remain available for later viewing. Weekly calls include interactive Q&A, allowing the teachings to land on multiple levels—intellectual and soulful—with the intention of bringing grace, ease, and confidence into everything you do. Each week, you’ll deepen your understanding of Ayurveda not only as a healing science, but as a living, breathing way of life.

Through our carefully structured, step-by-step learning system in LEVEL 1, you’ll gain a strong foundation. You’ll explore the important, theoretical aspects of classical therapies and core treatments of Ayurvedic Sacred Bodywork™ and PanchaKarma, study herbs, Marma therapy, decoction-making, and learn many important treatment protocols and rituals, all online.

• A 300-page professional manual is provided in PDF format, with one in-depth chapter released each week to accompany the live teachings.

• You will study detailed Ayurvedic treatment protocols, including recipes, indications, and step-by-step clinical descriptions grounded in classical principles and lineage-based practice.

Our 3-Month Journey through LEVEL 1:

• Our first month focuses on awakening your Inner Wisdom.

• Our second month theme is Refinement of your skills.

• Our last month theme is bringing it all together in our Healing Rituals.

This first month, we will deepen our understanding of the foundational principles of PanchaKarma, Ayurvedic Sacred Bodywork™, and the integrated wisdom of the SVA lineage. As we explore these teachings, we will also cultivate deeper self-care and self-awareness, strengthening our inner guidance system while expanding our healing toolkit. In LEVEL 1, we focus on the theoretical foundations of this profound work, but also study hands-on practices through live/online demos, videos and detailed treatment protocols, plus:

Upon enrolling into the LEVEL 1 online training, you will have the opportunity to also enroll into our advance training and hands-on practicums. These immersive workshop retreats (LEVEL 2 & 3) help you gain a professional certification as a Panchakarma technician, Ayurvedic bodyworker or PanchaKarma therapist. LEVEL 2 & 3 is offered as an in-person trainings that builds on what you are learning in LEVEL 1, and offer a deeper, experiential approach—essential for those seeking to master the art of Ayurvedic healing in professional practice.

This course is designed to inspire you to live and breathe Ayurveda, expanding your knowledge and awakening your ability to heal—both yourself and others.
