Our Ayurvedic Half-Day Retreats are always custom tailored to each person, each day. Our aim to both purify your physical body and restore you mental and emotional balance--to help you find, again, your inner center and tranquil equilibrium. The daily 4-hour long experience includes a number of wonderful Ayurvedic Sacred Bodywork ™ modalities, as well as time to rest and integrate each day.

The Retreats address stress reduction, detox, and rejuvenation, to all the many parts of you -Spirit, Body, Mind and Heart. Purifying both your physical body and restoring your mental and emotional balance, the Retreats offer a truly holistic path to rejuvenation.

• The journey begins in the orange lounge with a cleansing opening ritual; you will receive foot-and hand washing, tea service, and a brief check-in.

• Daily at session at 9AM or 3PM (Only 1-2 people (Couples) per day).

• If you would like to add housing or other activities like private Yoga to your Maharani Spa Sanctuary ™ Half-Day Retreat, these are not included in the price, but we love to offer suggestions and make arrangements for you, to help deepen and perfect your entire Retreat experience.
