Our Ayurvedic Half-Day Retreats are always thoughtfully tailored to each individual and each day. We currently offer three beautiful retreat experiences:

Each 3-hour retreat is a personalized journey through a bouquet of Ayurvedic healing rituals and modalities, skillfully woven together to support deep rest, rejuvenation, and renewal. Time is also included to rest, ground, and integrate your experience.
Once your purchase is made here, we will contact you within 24–48 hours to schedule your session and inquire about your treatment preferences. If your purchase is a gift, we are also happy to provide a beautiful gift certificate.
Your journey begins in our orange lounge with a cleansing opening ritual, including foot and hand washing, tea service, and a brief consultation.
Sessions are offered daily at 9 AM or 1 PM
(Only 1–2 guests per day)
If you would like to deepen your retreat with meals, housing, or private Yoga sessions, we are happy to help create a more personalized experience for you.
